Who we are
Lighthouse Homeschool Group is a nonprofit, Christian, 2 days a week enrichment program. We meet at Westside Bible Church 2040 E Fairview Ave, Meridian Id 83642. Our class days are Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Our program was born from the desire to have a place where children can experience a day school with a homeschool mindset. We want our students to find a place that is a home away from home, where they meet other kids of the kingdom and get to learn and play together. Our teachers are brought together by a few but very specific things, they love God, they love others, especially young people and they have deep passion, for Him and to see young people learn. They want to see them learn about God and His world, plan and learn to learn the world around them and where they fit in the plan of life. We will be teaching academics; we want them to succeed at what they go after but their relationship with God Jesus is the starting and ending point in all great endeavors.
